I offer online and in-person individual and group supervision for clinicians seeking licensure in Social Work, Counseling and Addiction Counseling in Colorado.

I also offer consultation to licensed clinicians.

Wholehearted Practice: Exploring Embodied Integrity in Clinical Work

A four part online supervision series aimed to support you in developing your authentic presence, clarity and confidence as a clinician. Each session will be focused around a specific topic including: Clinical Identity Development, Authenticity and Attunement, Embodied Ethics, Self-Compassion and Burnout Prevention. The groups will include experiential exercises, opportunities for meaningful connection with fellow clinicians, space for case consultation with nuanced feedback, and optional readings/homework.

Lead by Alicia Hagge, LCSW, LAC. I am a private practice clinician and supervisor at Big Sky Psychotherapy and adjunct faculty at Naropa University teaching Ethics and Professional Orientation in the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling Program.

• Start Date: Friday September 19th 2025

• Schedule: 3rd Friday of the month: September 19th, October 17th, November 21st, December 19th

• Time: 1:00-2:30pm (MST)

• Group Size: Limited to 6 participants

• Cost: $240 for the 4-session package

• Location: Zoom

• Eligible for group supervision hours toward licensure for LPC, LCSW, and LAC, or as consultation hours for continuing education requirements in Colorado.
